Spanjer Boek Producties is a reputable publishing house with over 35 years of experience in the vibrant Dutch market. Established in 2019 as an independent firm, we are committed to nurturing writers and their stories. We strongly believe that books hold the key to shaping a new future in our society, advocating for the power of new and diverse narratives.

These thirty years of experience in the mainstream publishing world exposed a sore nerve. Of all submitted manuscripts, only a small percentage was actually published. And many of these publications barely reach a readership.

Publishers need bestsellers to survive. Writers often do not write to survive. They live with a passion for writing and sharing. Their ambition to become rich and famous is of secondary importance. I have come across wonderful stories, short and long, and the predominant reason for not publishing them is financial. Yet these stories are valuable and important, especially when it concerns the immediate environment. In view of this need, was decided to start Spanjer Boek Productions.
